Collaborative Learning Game

Venue: Shishuvan School, Matunga East,
Mumbai, India

A one-day cultural activity comprising of artists and194 children between the age of 10 and 13. The children were drawn equally across demographics. The objective of this event was to encourage cultural osmosis and increase the awareness and understanding of these children toward each other. 
They were divided into one of 8 workshops which focused on a particular art form or craft such as paper mache' claymaking. The broad theme of the event was water as a resource and community building facility. 
The 8 workshops were integrated into an over arching game. Each workshops was further divided into teams. The children had to overcome their differences and leverage their newly acquired art creations skills in order to win the game. Educational content (water security and sustainability) was presented across game-narrative.
